Seminole County Indian Nick Cull signed his letter of intent to join the Ole Miss Rebels on Wednesday, December 15, surrounded by his family, friends, teammates and coaches. Principal Shane Purdy led the signing ceremony. He spoke highly of Nick, congratulating him on his achievements, on and off the field, and wishes him the absolute best.

Head Coach Cedric Stegall gave a heart-warming “play-by-play” of his year with Nick Cull. He gave statistical data showing that the odds of a high school football player making a college roster is extremely low, further proving that Nick has been blessed with an amazing opportunity that so many will never have. Coach Stegall had nothing but uplifting and kind remarks. He included, “I enjoyed guiding you through the recruiting process and coaching you this season. My only regret since being here in Seminole is not having the chance to coach you longer”. Stegall ended with “We can’t wait to see you on Saturday Game Day… Hotty Toddy!”

Good luck, Nick Cull! All of us here at Seminole County are so very proud of you and we can’t wait to see you play. Go Indians!! TribeStrong!!
